The school leader and the leadership team will need to work to either define the instructional core themselves or work with their district partners to roll out the definition.
Developing an instructional core is the first step in creating a professional development plan that is reflective of your school academic goals and priorities. Without developing this plan, professional development can feel disjointed and not on par with that teachers need to be successful.
